AT2617 Capacitance Tester

The AT261X series is a capacitance tester, a compact benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor for fully automatic real-time testing. It offers a selectable test frequency of up to 200kHz (AT2616) and selectable test signal levels of 0.1V, 0.3V, 0.5V, and 1.0Vrms.

The primary and secondary parameters are displayed with 5 digits, showing one of Z, R, A, or A%. With an accuracy of up to 0.1%, this instrument meets the requirements of automated equipment manufacturers, component manufacturers and users, schools, research institutes, and metrology & quality inspection departments for precise testing and batch production.

The instrument features professional sorting functions, with 10 group storage files, programmable 3 bins for PASS, 1 auxiliary bin (secondary parameter FAIL), 1 FAIL bin, and HI/IN/LO bins for primary parameters. It supports percentage sorting or absolute value sorting. Equipped with USB, Handler, and RS-232C interfaces, the improved AT261X design enhances anti-interference and protection circuits, meeting the demanding environments of automated equipment (sorters, aging testers, etc.).
