AT512 DC Low Resistance Tester

【2010 Upgrade】AT512 is a high-precision, wide-range resistance tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. It can measure resistance from 0.1μΩ～110MΩ with 105,000 counts display. The test speed reaches up to 167 times/second with basic accuracy of 0.01%. Its wide testing range can adapt to various testing requirements.

The instrument features professional sorting functions with 30 sets of storage data, multiple sorting buzzer settings, and can be equipped with a Handler interface for automatic sorting systems to complete fully automated production line testing. It can also be equipped with an RS232C interface for remote control and data collection and analysis. Additionally, a temperature compensation interface allows users to perform temperature compensation on the tested components.
