AT513 Four-Probe Sheet Resistance Tester

The AT513 Four-Probe Sheet Resistance Tester is a compact desktop instrument featuring high-performance ARM microprocessor control for fully automatic real-time detection. It is equipped with a full-color LCD display and a full digital keypad, combined with the Onmeas instrument operating system, providing clearer display and more convenient operation.

The AT513 can calculate the F-value based on length (0~10000mm), width (0~10000mm), and spacing (0~10000mm).

The AT513 Four-Probe Sheet Resistance Tester comes standard with LAN, RS-232, and RS-485 interfaces, and uses SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) and Modbus RTU protocols to communicate with computers, PLCs, or WINCE devices, enabling efficient remote control and data acquisition.
