DC Resistance Tester

AT515 is the first precision DC resistance tester in China designed for testing ultra-low or low parallel resistances. This compact benchtop instrument is controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor, delivering 0.02% accuracy and 0.1μΩ resolution with a measurement range of 0.1μΩ to 1.2GΩ. It offers superior repeatability and measurement precision. Breakthrough technology enables resistance values to be displayed with 6.5 digits, providing 1,200,000 readings with a sampling speed of 4.5ms. The instrument features a built-in temperature compensation interface to compensate for errors caused by temperature variations.

The instrument includes a built-in 14-bin comparator output with 10 configurable pass bins, and all comparator results can be output through the Handler interface.

The instrument comes standard with an RS-232 interface, utilizing SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instruments) and Modbus protocol (Modbus has been adopted as the national standard GB/T19582-2008) for automated sorting systems to achieve fully automated production line testing. It communicates with computers, PLCs, or WINCE devices for efficient remote control and data acquisition.
