AT517 DC Low Resistance Tester

AT517 series resistance tester is a compact desktop instrument featuring fully automatic real-time measurement controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor. It offers 0.05% accuracy and a measurement range of 1μΩ to 2MΩ. The resistance value is displayed with 6 digits, providing 200,000 readings, with measurement speeds up to 60 t/s. The instrument features a built-in temperature compensation interface to compensate for errors caused by ambient temperature variations.

The instrument includes a 10-bin comparator output, with 6 programmable pass bins. All comparator results can be output through the Handler interface. The instrument comes standard with an RS-232 interface, using SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instruments) and Modbus RTU protocols for communication with computers, PLCs, or WINCE devices, enabling efficient remote control and data acquisition.

The instrument features a standard USB interface for simplified computer communication. It also includes a standard RS-485 interface supporting Modbus RTU protocol for seamless PLC communication.
