The AT6710 programmable DC power supply features fast voltage rise speed with high accuracy and resolution. It has remote sensing capability to compensate for voltage drops across leads between the power supply and the device under test. The front panel supports LIST programming, and also includes voltmeter and ohmmeter functions.
