Leakage Current Tester 1nA-20mA

The AT680 is a capacitor leakage current/insulation resistance tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. It features digitally controlled test voltage from 1V to 650V with seven-range testing that improves leakage current accuracy to 1%. It can measure currents from 1nA to 20mA and insulation resistance up to 325GΩ, with a display capacity of 9999 digits. The test speed reaches up to 55 readings per second while maintaining 1999 readings and 5% accuracy.

The instrument features sorting functions with audible alert settings, and can be equipped with a Handler interface for use in automatic sorting systems to complete fully automated production line testing.

The built-in RS232C interface enables remote control and data acquisition and analysis.

The remote control commands are compatible with SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instruments), efficiently completing remote control and data acquisition functions.
