AT6808 8-Channel Leakage Current Tester

The AT6808 multi-channel leakage current tester is a compact benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor for fully automatic real-time detection. It measures leakage current on 8 channels, un-aged current on 1 channel, and short-circuit current on 1 channel simultaneously, displaying all results on the screen in real time.

Channels 1 to 8 have a test range from 0.0001μA to 20.000mA, while channel 10 (short-circuit channel) ranges from 0.01mA to 100mA. All channels feature an accuracy of 0.5%. Each channel displays current values with 5 digits, offering 99,999 counts of resolution.

Each channel is equipped with an independent comparator, and the comparison results of all 10 channels are output via the Handler interface. The instrument comes standard with a Handler interface.
