Leakage Current Tester for Capacitor Sorting

The AT6832 is a leakage current detection instrument specifically designed for capacitor sorting machines, controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. It features a pre-charge power supply and an independent test power supply, with six-range testing capability. The leakage current measurement range extends from 0.1nA to 20mA, with a display capacity of 9999 digits.

The instrument provides sorting functions with audible alert settings, and can be equipped with an optional Handler interface for use in automatic sorting systems to complete fully automated production line testing. It can also be fitted with an RS-232 interface for process control and data acquisition and analysis.

The computer process control commands are compatible with SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instruments), enabling efficient process control and data acquisition.
