Energy Storage Battery Internal Resistance Tester

The AT2527 series is controlled by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor and is a compact benchtop instrument for fully automatic real-time testing. It uses a 5-inch true-colour LCD with full touch operation for a completely new instrument interaction experience.

The instrument can measure resistance from 0.0001 mΩ to 3.3 kΩ and DC voltage from 0.00001 V to 2000.000 V, with 33,000 display counts for resistance and 800,000 counts for voltage. The AT2527 series combines high accuracy, high resolution and ultra-fast measurement, offering 0.5% resistance accuracy and 0.01% voltage accuracy with measurement speeds up to 55 readings per second.

Its newly improved AC resistance measurement principle can be used for internal resistance testing of virtually all batteries, including lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries and button cells, on production lines.
