DC Low Resistance Tester

The AT516 DC resistance tester is controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor and is a compact benchtop instrument for fully automatic real-time testing. It offers 0.05% accuracy and a measurement range of 1 μΩ to 20 MΩ, displays resistance values with 5 digits and 30,000 readings at a sampling speed of 7 ms, and includes a built-in temperature compensation interface that compensates for errors caused by temperature.

The instrument provides 14 comparator outputs, of which 10 pass bins can be configured, and all comparator results can be output through the Handler interface.

RS-232 is provided as standard, with support for SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) and the Modbus protocol. The instrument can be used in automatic sorting systems for fully automated production line testing and can communicate with computers, PLCs or WINCE devices for efficient remote control and data acquisition.
