The AT527 is controlled by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor and is a compact benchtop instrument for fully automatic real-time testing. It has a 4.3-inch true-colour LCD with full touch operation for a completely new instrument interaction experience.

The instrument provides professional sorting functions, with a Handler (PLC) interface as standard that can output independent resistance HIGH/IN/LOW and voltage HIGH/IN/LOW signals, handling high-speed automatic sorting systems for fully automated production line testing; the enhanced IO signals can directly drive power relays and signal relays.
