The AT529 series is built around a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor, and its newly designed precision circuitry delivers performance comparable to benchtop instruments. Running the ATOS system, it offers smooth operation and a completely new user interaction experience.
The instrument can measure resistance from 0.0001 mΩ to 3300.00 Ω and DC voltage from 0.000001 V to 1000.000 V, with 330,000 display counts for resistance and 400,000 counts for voltage. The AT529 series combines high accuracy, high resolution and ultra-fast measurement, providing 0.5% resistance accuracy and 0.01% voltage accuracy with measurement speeds up to 55 readings per second.
A USB interface is built in and Excel data export is provided as standard, making the instrument effective for remote control, data acquisition and analysis. The portable design allows the AT529 series to be used wherever needed — in the laboratory or for quick on-site inspection — with excellent performance and convenience.
