Multi-Channel Insulation Resistance Tester

The AT68208 multi-channel insulation resistance tester is controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor and is a compact benchtop instrument for automatic real-time testing. It uses a full-colour LCD and a full numeric keypad with the Onmeas operating system for clear display and convenient operation.

The instrument has a built-in 1 V to 1000 V voltage source with 1 V resolution that can be programmed freely, 2% insulation resistance accuracy, and supports 8-channel parallel testing with a measurement range of 0.000 MΩ to 19.99 GΩ, 9999 readings and measurement speeds up to 30 readings per second. It provides list scanning, short-circuit detection and comparators, with comparison results output through the Handler interface.

USB-232, RS-232, RS-485 and USB interfaces are provided as standard with SCPI and Modbus RTU protocol support, allowing communication with computers, PLCs or WINCE devices for remote control and data acquisition — suitable for batch insulation performance evaluation at multiple test points.
