The AT9220 series AC/DC withstand voltage tester uses a 5-inch colour LCD with touch control together with a mainstream high-performance 32-bit ARM processor. It is compact and lightweight (8 kg), offering excellent value for money and convenient operation. The high-voltage module uses a DA reference, a controllable sine generator, a class AB power amplifier and a 40-600 Hz high-voltage transformer for step-up, with closed-loop control of the output voltage.

The AT9220 is equipped with Handler (PLC) and RS232C interfaces for convenient data communication and remote control from a PC, meeting the requirements of automated testing and improving production efficiency.
