The AT9620 AC/DC withstand voltage and insulation tester integrates dielectric strength (AC/DC withstand voltage) and insulation resistance testing, making it an important inspection instrument for appliance manufacturers and quality inspection departments.

Controlled by a high-speed microprocessor, it measures all safety parameters of the device under test in real time and completes three tests within 4 seconds, meeting the fast testing requirements of production lines.

The AT9620 uses a 5-inch colour touch screen for simple operation and provides intelligent upper and lower limit judgement that automatically identifies defective products. Multiple anti-interference measures, hardware and software protection, and automatic over-voltage and over-current protection make it safer to use.

The series uses sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology for contactless high-voltage adjustment, which together with hardware and software protection improves instrument reliability.
