The AT525D battery internal resistance tester is an instrument capable of online measurement of battery internal resistance and voltage, controlled by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor.

This fully automatic real-time detection handheld instrument features a built-in high-capacity lithium battery for ultra-long standby time. The AT525D combines the portability of a handheld device with the superior performance of a bench-top instrument. It measures resistance from 0.001mΩ to 3.3kΩ and DC voltage from 0 to 200V, with stable data display, 3,300 display counts for resistance and 200,000 display counts for voltage.

The instrument uses vector testing principles for resistance measurement and differential testing principles for voltage measurement, enabling accurate open-circuit voltage measurement.

It features professional sorting functions with built-in data records, OK/NG sorting results display, and buzzer alert settings, making it ideal for UPS online battery measurement and sorting systems.
