Handheld Battery Tester (UPS Online Testing)

The AT525 battery internal resistance tester measures battery internal resistance and voltage online. Controlled by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor for fully automatic real-time testing, it has a built-in large-capacity lithium battery for extended standby time and combines the portability of a handheld meter with the performance of a benchtop instrument. It can measure 0.001 mΩ to 33 Ω resistance and 0 to 60 V DC voltage with stable data, 3300 display counts for resistance and 6000 counts for voltage.

Resistance measurement uses a vector measurement principle and voltage measurement a differential principle, so open-circuit voltage can be measured accurately. The instrument offers professional sorting functions with built-in data records, OK/NG sorting result display and sorting beep settings, and can be used in UPS online battery measurement and sorting systems.

The AT525 provides 1000 sets of data storage with one-key saving and export to a USB flash drive, and a USB interface for remote control, data acquisition and analysis — suitable for production line inspection of all types of batteries.
