AT528L Handheld Battery Tester

The AT528L handheld battery tester is a dual-parameter instrument capable of simultaneously measuring battery internal resistance and voltage. Controlled by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor, this fully automatic real-time detection handheld instrument features a built-in high-capacity lithium battery for ultra-long standby time. The AT528L combines the portability of a handheld device with the superior performance of a bench-top instrument, with main performance comparable to the Hioki 3554. It measures resistance from 0.01mΩ to 200Ω and DC voltage from 0.0001V to 60V, with 2,200 display counts for resistance and 60,000 display counts for voltage. Test accuracy is guaranteed at 0.5%, with reading fluctuation controlled within 3 digits.

The instrument uses vector testing principles for resistance measurement and differential testing principles for voltage measurement, enabling accurate open-circuit voltage measurement. It features professional sorting functions with built-in sorting records, OK/NG sorting results display, and buzzer alert settings, making it ideal for integration into automated sorting systems for fully automated production line testing. The AT528L includes 500 groups of data storage for one-touch measurement data saving, and supports USB interface for remote control, data acquisition, and analysis, making it highly suitable for battery production line inspection.
