The AT528 handheld battery tester measures battery internal resistance and voltage simultaneously. Controlled by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor for fully automatic real-time testing, it has a built-in large-capacity lithium battery for extended standby time and combines the portability of a handheld meter with the performance of a benchtop instrument. Main performance is compatible with the Hioki 3554: it measures 0.01 mΩ to 2.2 kΩ resistance and 0.0001 V to 60 V DC voltage, with 2200 display counts for resistance and 60,000 counts for voltage, 0.5% accuracy and reading fluctuation held below three digits.
Resistance measurement uses a vector measurement principle and voltage measurement a differential principle, so open-circuit voltage can be measured accurately. The instrument offers professional sorting functions with built-in sorting records, OK/NG sorting result display and sorting beep settings for automatic sorting systems and fully automated production line testing. The AT528 provides 500 sets of data storage with one-key saving, and can be equipped with a USB interface for remote control, data acquisition and analysis — suitable for production line inspection of all types of batteries.
