LCR Digital Bridge

The AT38XX series precision LCR digital bridge is a newly iterated model with a high-definition true-colour TFT-LCD display module, a full Chinese graphical user interface as standard and one-key switching to English operation for global multilingual use. Its large-character high-brightness display makes readings clearly legible at a distance, greatly reducing manual reading errors.

The measurement frequency covers the fully continuous range from 10 Hz to 300 kHz with a setting resolution as high as 0.001 Hz, precisely matching the specific test frequency requirements of various components. Test signals support 0.01 Vrms to 2.00 Vrms voltage output and 100.0 μA to 20.00 mA current output, with a built-in pure DC signal source for accurate DCR measurement; ±2.5 V internal DC bias is provided along with support for external bias sources to meet component testing needs under high-current and high-voltage bias.

The model supports simultaneous four-parameter measurement with all measurement items freely configurable, displaying four main and secondary parameters simultaneously in full 6-digit high precision; 10 built-in frequency/level sweep lists complete multi-condition component characterisation testing in one key press; and 3 groups of user-defined frequency calibration further improve accuracy for common test scenarios.

The instrument integrates a 14-bin comparator and connects directly to PLC control systems through a standard HANDLER interface for fully automatic multi-bin sorting of components, meeting the needs of high-speed volume production lines. RS-232, HANDLER and USB flash drive interfaces are provided as standard, with compatibility for the SCPI and Modbus protocols for quick integration into automated test systems.
