Multi-Channel Temperature Tester (High-Voltage Live-Test Version)

The AT47H series has been upgraded to the AT47AH series, an iterative upgrade within the same family. The instrument is controlled by a high-performance ARM9 microprocessor with real-time high-speed data acquisition. It features a newly upgraded full mirror touch panel and runs the ninth version of the Onmeas ATOS operating system with Chinese/English interfaces for intuitive, smarter operation.

The newly designed AT47AH series has 64 GB of internal storage as standard with USB flash drive mapping and uses a real-time FPGA circuit that breaks through sampling rate limits; combined with efficient high-precision analogue circuitry it achieves high accuracy and ultra-fast sampling with temperature resolution improved to 0.01 °C. Channel isolation voltage is 2000 VDC and 1000 VAC (full isolation of digital and analogue signals), making it suitable for complex systems that monitor temperature and voltage simultaneously, such as new energy and automation control applications.

The instrument has built-in LAN, RS-232, USB-232 and VCOM virtual serial interfaces; the RS-232 and USB-232 interfaces support the Modbus (RTU) protocol and the LAN port supports Modbus (TCP). Control and data acquisition from a computer allow effective remote control, data acquisition and analysis.

It also supports USB communication with the supplied PC software for data acquisition, analysis and printing, and USB disk storage for real-time recording of sampled data with independent calibration per channel.
