8-Channel Parallel DC Low Resistance Tester

The AT51X8 is a newly designed high-precision, wide-range multi-channel resistance tester with parallel measurement, capable of testing eight resistance channels simultaneously.

It is controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor. Its 3.5-inch true-colour LCD can display eight resistance values simultaneously, and each channel can have its own comparator setting.

For automated equipment it can use RS-232C and HANDLER interfaces to output OK/NG signals, improving automated production testing capability.
