Insulation Resistance Tester

The AT683 is an insulation resistance tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. It is unique in measuring and displaying insulation resistance and leakage current simultaneously, with six-range testing, an insulation resistance measurement range up to 100 kΩ to 10 TΩ, 9999 display counts and measurement speeds up to 55 readings per second — ultra-fast testing provides an efficient solution for automated production.

The instrument offers sorting functions with sorting beep settings, an optional Handler interface for automatic sorting systems and fully automated production line testing, and an optional RS-232C interface for remote control, data acquisition and analysis. It can measure the insulation resistance of various electronic components, equipment, dielectric materials, wires and cables.
