AT683 Insulation Resistance Tester
The AT683 is a smart test instrument controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. With 1V~1000V arbitrary voltage output, it meets any demanding requirement. Six-range testing enables an insulation resistance measurement range of: 100k-10TΩ (105~1013Ω), with a display of 9999 counts. The test speed can reach up to 55 times/second, providing an optimal solution for automated production.
The improved sampling circuit has a response time that surpasses analog meters.
The instrument features a sorting function with audible alarm settings, and can be equipped with a Handler interface for fully automated production line testing. It can also be equipped with an RS232C interface for remote control and data collection & analysis.
The computer remote control commands are compatible with SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instruments), enabling efficient remote control and data acquisition.
