DC Low Resistance Tester

The AT510 is a high-precision, wide-range resistance tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. It measures resistances from 1μΩ to 3MΩ with a 30,000-count display. Test speed reaches 60 readings per second, and 0.05% accuracy is still guaranteed at 15 readings per second while reading fluctuation stays below 3 counts. Temperature compensation is provided as standard for accurate milliohm-level measurement, and an optional earphone beeper interface allows quiet, interference-free testing on the production line. Three unique current test modes (high current, low current and pulse) together with standard temperature compensation adapt the instrument to different test requirements.

For automated equipment, RS232C and HANDLER interfaces can output GD/NG signals to improve automated production testing capability.
