The AT510 is a high-precision, wide-range resistance tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. It can measure resistance from 1 μΩ to 3 MΩ with 30,000 display counts. Test speed reaches up to 60 readings per second, and even at 15 readings per second it still guarantees 0.05% accuracy with reading fluctuation held below three digits. Temperature compensation is provided as standard for accurate measurement of milliohm-level resistance, and an optional earphone beep interface allows quiet, non-interfering testing on production lines. Its three current modes meet the most demanding resistance testing requirements: the unique large-current, small-current and pulsed test modes together with standard temperature compensation suit a wide range of testing needs.
For automated equipment it can use RS-232C and HANDLER interfaces to output GD/NG signals, improving automated production testing capability.
