DC Low Resistance Tester

The AT510L is an economical resistance tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. It measures resistances from 1μΩ to 30KΩ with a 30,000-count display and is aimed at low-resistance measurement. An optional temperature compensation function removes the effect of temperature on resistance readings.

For automated equipment, an optional RS232C communication interface or HANDLER interface outputs OK/NG signals to improve automated production testing capability.
