AT5210 10-Channel Battery Internal Resistance Tester

The AT5210 is a newly designed high-precision, high-stability multi-channel battery tester. It can quickly complete sorting of 10 groups of battery voltage and internal resistance. Powered by a high-performance ARM microprocessor, it features a true-color 3.5-inch LCD display with Chinese/English interface for convenient operation. Widely used by battery manufacturers for rapid sorting of contact resistance, battery voltage, and battery internal resistance. The newly improved sampling circuit can measure any type of battery. Additionally, the instrument features professional sorting functions with sorting buzzer settings, and is equipped with HANDLER interface (PLC interface) and RS-232C interface, supporting SCPI protocol and Modbus protocol (Modbus has become the national standard GB/T19582-2008) for automated sorting systems to complete fully automated production line testing. It can also be equipped with a USB interface for remote control, data collection and analysis, making it highly suitable for mass battery production.
