AT5220 20-Channel Battery Internal Resistance Tester

The AT5220 is a newly designed high-precision, high-stability multi-channel battery tester capable of quickly sorting the voltage and internal resistance of up to 20 battery cells. It is powered by a high-performance ARM microprocessor and features a 3.5-inch true-color LCD display with bilingual Chinese/English support for effortless operation.

The AT5220 is widely used in battery manufacturing for rapid sorting of contact resistance, battery voltage, and internal resistance. Its enhanced sampling circuit can measure all types of batteries. The instrument offers professional sorting functions with programmable buzzer alerts, and is equipped with a HANDLER interface (PLC interface), an RS-232C interface supporting SCPI and Modbus protocols (Modbus has been adopted as the national standard GB/T19582-2008) for integration into automated sorting systems and fully automated production lines. An optional USB interface is available for remote control, data acquisition, and analysis — making the AT5220 ideal for high-volume battery production.
