AT6937 Capacitor Sorting Machine Special Edition

The AT6937 Insulation Resistance Tester is a fully automatic real-time testing instrument controlled by a new generation high-performance ARM microprocessor. It features a full-color 5-inch capacitive touchscreen LCD display and a full numeric keypad, powered by the ONMEAS A9 operating system, making the display clearer and operation more convenient.

The instrument features a built-in 1000V voltage source with a power output of up to 500W. The constant current charging current is 1A, making it more suitable for insulation resistance measurement of capacitors.

The newly upgraded intelligent constant current control power supply intelligently senses the output voltage and dynamically adjusts the constant current output. The maximum charging current reaches 1A, and the maximum voltage is 1000VDC. With six measurement ranges, the insulation resistance measurement range extends from 10kΩ to 1TΩ, with a maximum display of 9999 counts. The test speed can reach up to 30 readings/second. It has been improved and enhanced for large-capacity capacitors such as power capacitors and electrolytic capacitors, easily handling automated measurement of various capacitor types.
