The AT6937A Insulation Resistance Tester is a fully automatic real-time testing instrument controlled by a new-generation high-performance ARM microprocessor. The instrument features a full-color 5-inch capacitive touchscreen LCD display, a full digital keypad, and the ONMEAS A9 operating system, providing clearer display and more convenient operation.

The instrument features a built-in 1000V voltage source with up to 1000W power output. The constant-current charging current of 1A makes it ideal for insulation resistance measurement of capacitors.

The newly upgraded intelligent constant-current control power supply can smartly sense the output voltage and dynamically adjust the constant-current output, with a maximum charging current of up to 1A and a maximum voltage of 1000VDC. Six test ranges enable an insulation resistance measurement range of 10kΩ~1TΩ with a maximum display of 9999 digits. The test speed can reach 30 readings per second.
