The AT693X series insulation resistance tester is controlled by a new-generation high-performance ARM microprocessor and is a fully automatic real-time instrument. It uses a full-colour 5-inch capacitive touch LCD and a full numeric keypad together with the Onmeas A9 operating system for clearer display and more convenient operation.

The instrument has a built-in 1000 V voltage source with power up to 500 W and 1 A constant-current charging, making it better suited to insulation resistance measurement of capacitors.

The newly upgraded intelligent constant-current control power supply senses the output voltage and dynamically adjusts the constant-current output, with a maximum charging current of 1 A and up to 1000 VDC. Six-range testing extends the insulation resistance measurement range to 10 kΩ to 1 TΩ with up to 9999 display counts and measurement speeds up to 30 readings per second. Improvements for large-capacity capacitors such as power capacitors and electrolytic capacitors make automatic measurement of all kinds of capacitors easy.
