Motor Resistance Tester

Testing the DC resistance of large generators and motors is an essential parameter for evaluating motor winding quality and weld joint reliability. In actual production, ordinary resistance testers can be damaged due to the high back EMF of motors, large motor coils have very low resistance, and low-current instruments provide inaccurate measurements. The AT2513C is a high-precision tester developed specifically for ultra-low DC resistance measurement. It features a test current of 10A, a measurement range of 0.1μΩ to 3000.0Ω, a display resolution of 30,000 counts, and a measurement accuracy of 0.02%. The automatic bidirectional current testing with a pulsed method prevents heat generation in the test circuit from affecting measurement accuracy. A continuous (constant current) mode is also available for motor characteristic testing, ensuring more precise test data. Standard temperature compensation eliminates the influence of ambient temperature on test results.

The AT2513C offers a variety of interface functions and professional sorting capabilities, making it suitable for integration into automatic sorting systems for fully automated production line testing. It can be equipped with RS232/RS485/LAN/USB communication interfaces and a USB drive interface for convenient data communication and remote control with PCs.
