The AT2513 is a high-precision tester developed for ultra-low DC resistance. It uses a 10 A test current with a measurement range of 0.01 μΩ to 300.000 Ω, 300,000 display counts and 0.02% accuracy. Automatic bidirectional current testing and a pulsed test method prevent heat in the test loop from affecting accuracy, and temperature compensation is provided as standard to eliminate the influence of ambient temperature on test results.

The AT2513 offers multiple interfaces and professional sorting functions for automatic sorting systems and fully automated production line testing; RS-232/RS-485/LAN/USB communication interfaces and a USB flash drive interface are available for convenient data communication and remote control from a PC.
