4-Channel DC Low Resistance Tester

The AT5104 is a newly designed high-precision, wide-range, multi-channel resistance tester capable of scanning and testing 4 resistance channels. It employs a high-performance ARM microprocessor for control. The true-color 3.5-inch LCD can simultaneously display 8 resistance values, and each channel can be independently configured with a comparator.

The AT5104 measures resistances from 1μΩ to 300KΩ with a display count of 30,000. It also features standard temperature compensation functionality to accommodate various testing requirements.

Designed for automation equipment, the AT5104 includes a HANDLER interface (PLC interface) for outputting GD/NG signals and an RS-232C interface, supporting both SCPI and Modbus protocols (Modbus has been adopted as national standard GB/T19582-2008). It integrates seamlessly into automated sorting systems for fully automated production line testing, enhancing production automation capabilities!
