AT5120 High-Precision Wide-Range Multi-Channel Resistance Tester

AT5120 is a newly designed high-precision, wide-range multi-channel resistance tester capable of scanning and testing up to 20 resistance channels. It features a high-performance ARM microprocessor for precise control. The true-color 3.5-inch LCD simultaneously displays resistance values for all 20 channels, with individual comparator settings available for each channel.

The AT5120 can measure resistances from 1μΩ to 300kΩ with a display resolution of 30,000 digits. It also includes standard temperature compensation functionality to accommodate various testing requirements. Designed for automation equipment, it incorporates a HANDLER interface (PLC interface) for GD/NG signal output and an RS-232C interface supporting both SCPI and Modbus protocols (Modbus has been adopted as national standard GB/T19582-2008), making it ideal for automated sorting systems and fully automated production line testing to enhance production automation capabilities.
