8-Channel DC Low Resistance Tester

The AT5108 is a newly designed high-precision, wide-range, multi-channel resistance tester capable of scanning and testing 8 channels of resistance simultaneously. It is controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor. The true-color 3.5-inch LCD displays resistance values for all 8 channels at once, and each channel can be individually configured with a comparator. The AT5108 can measure resistance from 1μΩ to 300kΩ with a display count of 30,000. It also features standard temperature compensation to accommodate various testing requirements. Designed for automation equipment, it includes a HANDLER interface (PLC interface) for GD/NG signal output and an RS-232C interface supporting SCPI and Modbus protocols (Modbus has been adopted as the national standard GB/T19582-2008).
