10-Channel DC Low Resistance Tester

The AT5110 is a newly designed high-precision, wide-range, multi-channel resistance tester capable of scanning and testing up to 10 channels of resistance.

It is controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor. The true-color 3.5-inch LCD can simultaneously display resistance values for all 30 channels, and each channel can be individually configured with a comparator.

The AT5110 can measure resistance from 1μΩ to 300kΩ with a display resolution of 30,000 counts. It also features standard temperature compensation functionality to accommodate various testing requirements. Designed for automation equipment, the AT5110 includes a HANDLER interface (PLC interface) for outputting GD/NG signals and an RS-232C interface that supports SCPI and Modbus protocols (Modbus has become national standard GB/T19582-2008). It is ideal for automatic sorting systems to achieve fully automated production line testing, enhancing production automation and testing capabilities!
